Job summary
SpawGlass is seeking a Superintendent in Fort Worth, Texas, to lead day-to-day operations on active job sites. The Superintendent will manage subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Successful candidates will have field management experience and a commitment to safety and quality. Qualifications
Previous field management experience on healthcare, higher education, civic, and corporate environment construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods.
Ability to run daily coordination meetings and manage multiple subcontractors.
Proficiency in reading drawings/specifications and working with RFIs, submittals, and changes.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a safety-first mindset.
