Job summary

Autonomous Solutions Inc in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to direct field operations on civil projects, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and budget alignment. You will translate plans into daily execution and coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will lead crews, review master schedules, monitor progress, and enforce project controls and QC/QA procedures to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

7–10 years of civil construction field experience, including 3–5 years as a superintendent.
Experience on roadways, earthwork, utilities or site development.
Strong knowledge of civil construction means, methods, and sequencing.
Ability to read and interpret civil plans, specs, and survey data.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Valid driver's license with clean record.
Experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Familiarity with Procore or Viewpoint.

Responsibilities

Direct on-site construction activities across roadways, earthwork, utilities and drainage.
Serve as primary on-site contact for owners, engineers, subcontractors and inspectors.
Develop and maintain project schedules including lookaheads and the master schedule.
Champion job site safety and enforce OSHA compliance.
Supervise and mentor field crews including foremen and laborers.
Manage subcontractor performance, scheduling and contract compliance.
Maintain daily logs, field reports, RFIs, and change order documentation.
Ensure QC/QA plan is implemented to specification.
