Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience in construction.
• 3+ years of construction management in a field supervisory role.
• Ability to direct subcontractors and suppliers on site.
• Solid knowledge of scheduling, contracts, equipment, and manpower.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation of work in line with contract documents, schedule, and planned sequence.
• Be aware of milestone dates and requirements to achieve them.
• Develop understanding of duration for each activity.
• Plan for optimum utilization of equipment and resources.
• Track material and equipment delivery dates impacting area(s)/trade(s).
• Lead field crew to ensure cost-effective execution and budget alignment.
• Implement the safety program and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance.
