Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.
• 3–6 years of construction management experience in a field supervisory role.
• Ability to direct the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Working knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc.
• Safety and government regulations (e.g., OSHA) knowledge with implementation on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation of work per contract documents, project schedule and sequence.
• Understand scope of work for assigned area(s) or trade(s).
• Develop understanding of activity durations and plan for optimum utilization of equipment.
• Ensure material and equipment deliveries align with area/trade needs.
• Monitor budgets, identify causes of cost variances, and implement remedies.
• Implement Clark safety program and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Maintain good relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to win work.
• Participate in recruiting top talent for Clark team and retain outstanding people.
• Exceed stakeholders’ expectations by anticipating needs and goals.
