Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial projects in Charleston. You will oversee self-performed and subcontracted work, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires 7+ years in large projects, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of scheduling, contracts, and building regs. Procore/PlanGrid familiarity is preferred; travel and extended hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years leading field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience delivering high-rise, mixed-use, or similar complex projects.
• Strong scheduling, contract administration, and KPI awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work and coordinating with trades.
• Implement safety and quality culture, conduct regular site inspections.
• Develop, update, and communicate project schedules with stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop project teams and manage relationships with clients and vendors.
• Support close-out activities including punch lists and training.
