Job summary

Vallen is seeking an Operations Support Manager-Int Supply to lead field operations across customer sites and TOPS resources. You will identify issues, implement solutions, and drive process improvements that deliver long-term value for customers and the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and hands-on support across Vallens Integrated Supply customer sites.
• Identify issues, implement solutions and improve processes to position customers and Vallen teams for long-term success.
• Collaborate with site associates, project managers, operations leaders, buyers, sales, IT, and other teams.
• Coach and serve as an operational resource to drive work to completion.
