Vallen Distribution in the United States seeks an Operations Support Manager for Integrated Supply (TOPS). The role provides operational leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on training across customer sites.

You will work across functions and locations to identify issues, implement solutions, and drive improvement, collaborating with site associates, project managers, and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate is adaptable, customer-focused, and able to move quickly between

Operations Support Manager-Int Supply

Position Summary:

he Operations Support Manager is a key member of the TOPS Team, providing operational leadership, problem-solving, and hands‑on support and training across Vallen's Integrated Supply customer sites.

TOPS serves as a specialized resource designed to quickly address operational challenges, support critical customer initiatives, and provide expertise when additional resources or specialized knowledge are required. The Operations Support Manager works across multiple functions, customers, and locations to identify issues, implement solutions, improve processes, and ensure customers and Vallen teams are positioned for long-term success.

This role requires a highly adaptable, customer-focused leader who can move quickly between competing priorities, work independently in the field, and effectively partner with site associates, customers, Project Managers, Operations leaders, Buyers, Sales, IT, Finance, and other Vallen teams.

The successful candidate will be a problem solver, relationship builder, coach, and operational resource who can assess a situation, determine the appropriate course of action, and drive the work through completion.
