Vallen Distribution, Inc. in Belmont, NC is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead operational efforts across customer sites, providing hands-on support and training through the TOPS Team.

The role requires adapting to competing priorities, working independently in the field, and partnering with site teams, customers, Project Managers, and other Vallen functions to drive improvements and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational efforts across functions, customers and locations to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Improve processes and ensure long-term success for customers and Vallen teams.
• Act as problem-solver, relationship-builder, and coach to drive work through completion.
• Collaborate with site associates, Project Managers, Operations leaders, Buyers, Sales, IT, Finance and other Vallen teams.
