Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Estimator to be the face of our company out in the field. This is a hands-on, in-person role - not a closing job, and you will visit commercial properties to assess cleaning needs. You’ll set your own schedule (20-25 hours/week, 8am–5pm window) and earn $16.00-$20.00 per hour.

The role emphasizes accurate estimates, independent work, and on-the-job training. Nice to have: prior door-to-door or field sales experience, and familiarity with Texas sites.

Qualifications

• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods.
• Presentable, able to start conversations with business decision-makers.
• Able to work independently and stay organized.
• Basic comfort using a smartphone or tablet to log estimates.

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial businesses in person and identify the decision-maker.
• Walk properties to count the glass and assess cleaning needs.
• Write accurate, professional estimates using Fish's pricing system.
• Log each estimate so it flows into the system smoothly.
• Target 60–75 written estimates per week based on your schedule.
