Fish Window Cleaning is seeking an Operations Manager and Window Cleaner for a part-time role at our Hayward, CA location. The position includes office opening, scheduling, and customer account management alongside window cleaning duties.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities are expected, with no evenings or holidays. The role offers flexible hours, training, and opportunities for advancement, with pay ranging from $20 to $35 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with invoices and work orders.
• Strong computer skills with Google Workspace and ability to learn FISH 3 system and 3rd party work order portals.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others to perform assigned tasks.
• Ability to prioritize and assign responsibilities to others.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Team building skills.
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation; liability car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily window cleaning production including scheduling and distribution of work orders and ensure all work orders are complete each week.
• Open the office in the morning for cleaners and complete administrative tasks such as checking in work orders.
• Maintain and oversee the running of the office duties and needs and closing the office.
• Manage account work for commercial and residential customers and coordinate with customer contacts.
• Handle payments, deposits, and processing of contract work orders.
• Manage window cleaners including performance reviews, discipline and recognition.
• Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents.
• Develop a commercial and residential customer base and support Sales representatives wins.
• Answer incoming calls and provide customer service and thank you notes.
• Clean windows as needed.
