CCA Professional Recruiting seeks a Field Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly and field-based positions in Florida. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through onboarding while building strong pipelines with CDL schools and community partners.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably high-volume, hourly or field-based recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting for field operations, construction, transportation, manufacturing, logistics, or frontline environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly and field-based positions.
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and provide a professional, engaging hiring experience.
  • Guide candidates through onboarding, background checks, drug screening, documentation, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain qualified talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with CDL schools, trade and technical schools, workforce development programs, and community organizations.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, community events, and other recruiting activities.
  • Partner closely with Human Resources, Safety, and Operations leaders to understand staffing needs and meet hiring goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System, currently BambooHR and transitioning to Dayforce.
  • Track recruiting activity, provide reports, and support recruiting metrics and workforce planning.
  • Assist with recruiting administration and other HR-related projects as needed.
  • Continuously identify creative and effective ways to attract qualified frontline talent.

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base salary + 7%–10% annual bonus

Schedule
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Field Recruiter to join our growing team in a newly created role. This position has been established to support continued company growth, acquisitions, and expansion.

The Field Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hourly field positions and will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment, can work independently with minimal supervision, and is passionate about connecting qualified talent with career opportunities. During periods of lower hiring activity, this individual will focus on building long-term talent pipelines through partnerships with CDL schools, trade and technical programs, workforce development organizations, and community partners.

  • Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually
  • Annual Bonus: 7%–10%
