Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project information and mobilization activities.
• Answer calls/emails, schedule/confirm appointments, input data into CRM.
• Organize workflow and manage project information flow between client and office.
• Serve as regional point of contact and manage department schedule.
• Greet customers in person or by phone and handle inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Identify service opportunities and support estimators.
• Build relationships with supervisor and department leaders.
• Conduct post-project follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and relay feedback.
• Optimize manpower and travel to balance workload and maximize profitability.
• Capture lost time and assist with billing and job costs.
