Qualifications

• 6+ years of related work experience, including some previous management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, safety awareness and ability to manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Meets with customer representative to review job timing, requirements, equipment, and setup using safety standards.
• Ensures operations meet PPE, safe work zones, permits, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborates with Safety and Training coordinator to update safety standards and training.
• Develops and implements strategies to help the business meet goals efficiently.
• Approves and allocates resources based on business priorities.
• Leads and directs other employees with full authority for personnel decisions.
