Job summary

WhiteWater seeks an experienced water/wastewater operations leader to oversee projects, ensuring safety, compliance and efficiency under contract documents.

You will plan, coordinate and schedule personnel, materials and equipment to keep municipal facilities in sound condition and performing at peak levels. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of management experience, MA water license, OSHA-10, and a proven leadership record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced technical training in earth/environmental sciences with water/wastewater licenses.
• 6–8 years water system management experience with leadership preference.
• MA Grade 3T-3D drinking water license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plan, coordinate and schedule personnel, materials and equipment for assigned projects.
• Ensure safe, profitable operations and compliance with contract documents.
• Identify and resolve issues in water distribution and treatment operations.
