Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Field Manager to lead and develop a team of Service Technicians responsible for daily routes and recurring customers, with a focus on service quality, safety, and customer experience.

You will train staff, monitor performance, manage schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance, while partnering with the Service Manager to optimize field operations and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience, including identifying sales opportunities and supporting lead generation for the sales team.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings, training sessions, and coaching to reinforce service quality, processes, and protocols.
• Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings.
• Monitor technician schedules and service routes, including high-priority and emergency services, run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
