Qualifications

• High school diploma required and valid driver’s license.
• 2 years of Operations experience in outdoor advertising or equivalent safety-related role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations and construction team to plan, schedule, and execute campaigns.
• Maintain safe structures, equipment, and shop facilities.
• Motivate, train, and coach crew through hands-on leadership while enforcing safety policies.
• Coordinate with field teams and vendors to ensure timely installation and maintenance.
