Job summary

HAWQUE PROTECTION GROUP is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Account Manager team and translate operational standards into field execution. You will be regularly onsite with clients, coaches, andSite Leaders to ensure guard performance and client satisfaction across multi-site locations.

The role requires field presence, scheduling oversight, and discipline at the guard level, with reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security operations or similar field operations across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to manage frontline leaders and hold teams to performance expectations.
• Strong client relationship and account management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive summary capability.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and hold accountable all five Account Managers.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify standards and drive compliance.
• Maintain ongoing client engagement and manage relationships across accounts.
• Review DAR/incident reports and drive corrective actions.
• Implement training standards and identify skill gaps for coaching.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and coverage to ensure client needs are met.
• Participate in hiring processes for Account Managers and guards.
