iFOAM of Alpharetta is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations, manage technicians and crew leads, and ensure safety and quality across projects. The role starts hands-on with a path to general management as the team grows.

You will drive field performance, manage procurement, and coordinate with the Sales Administrator to align schedules and resources for efficient job execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical construction training preferred.
• 4+ years in construction operations, project management or field supervision, incl. 2+ years under a licensed GC.
• 4+ years directly leading crews of field employees in construction.
• Able to read construction drawings, plans, and safety specs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technicians and crew leads; conduct toolbox talks and ride-alongs to build high-performing teams.
• Provide field oversight; supervise technicians and subcontractors; ensure safety and code compliance.
