Job summary

Force Pressure Control, LLC. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee district operations, ensure efficient service delivery, and drive strong financial performance. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, BO&D, and QHSE teams and report to the District Manager.

The role focuses on managing field and facility operations, controlling expenses, and ensuring compliance with QMS and HSE programs while leading safety initiatives such as pre-job meetings and Stop Work Authority.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience (oil & gas service preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and perform under pressure.
• Working knowledge of field, mechanical, and administrative operations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage service and production personnel (hiring, scheduling, performance, discipline).
• Oversee field and facility operations, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Review and approve payroll, invoices, and operational documentation.
• Monitor and control operational expenses.
• Support capital expenditure planning and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and HSE programs and maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead safety initiatives, including pre-job meetings and Stop Work Authority.
