Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Project Manager – Construction to oversee fiber, utility, or infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate with field crews, vendors, and inspectors to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of construction project management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3–5 years of experience managing construction or fiber-related projects.
• Familiarity with construction management software, schedules, and permitting.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project scope, schedule, and resources in alignment with company and client expectations.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting entities to keep work on track.
• Monitor job progress and resolve issues related to timeline, materials, or resource availability.
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, local regulations, and engineering designs.
• Track project expenses, change orders, and documentation for reporting and billing.
• Communicate regularly with Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, and client stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, job logs, and schedule updates.
• Support job site visits and quality control checks as required.
• Assist with project forecasting, manpower planning, and procurement coordination.
