Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Project Manager – Construction to lead fiber, utility, or infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budgeting, and risk while coordinating with field crews, inspectors, and vendors to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of construction project experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 3–5 years of experience managing construction or fiber-related projects
• Familiarity with construction management software, schedules, and permitting
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project scope, schedule, and resources in alignment with company and client expectations
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting entities to keep work on track
• Monitor job progress and resolve issues related to timeline, materials, or resource availability
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, local regulations, and engineering designs
• Track project expenses, change orders, and documentation for reporting and billing
• Communicate regularly with Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, and client stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, job logs, and schedule updates
• Support job site visits and quality control checks as required
• Assist with project forecasting, manpower planning, and procurement coordination
