Job summary

Synagro in the United States is seeking a seasoned supervisor to direct day-to-day land application operations, manage drivers and contractor teams, and ensure safe, compliant service delivery across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes safety, equipment coordination, data reporting, and strong communication with customers and landowners to maintain project performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Agriculture, Environmental Services or Construction Management experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of supervisory, operations, logistics, or contractor management experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills & excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of OSHA and state/federal safety rules preferred.
• Be able to operate heavy equipment if properly trained.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day land application operations and contractor management.
• Coordinate equipment and resources to maximize uptime.
• Interface with customers, landowners, haulers, and contractors for efficient transport.
• Manage field personnel for safe operation of equipment.
• Provide daily status reports to the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Monitor loads vs truck tickets and verify delivery quantities.
• Maintain daily documentation on removal and land application.
