You will coordinate logistics, monitor performance, and forecast project needs while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and experience in operations, safety rules, and field management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supervision, logistics, or contractor management.
• Strong organizational and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day land application operations and contractor management.
• Coordinate logistics and field execution to ensure safe, compliant service delivery.
• Provide daily status and forecasting to leadership.
• Monitor safety, budget, and KPI targets across projects.
