Job summary

Synagro is seeking an experienced operations leader to direct day-to-day activities for dewatering, dredging, and cleaning projects. You will manage teams of operators, leads, and subcontractors on projects ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000 and travel >50% for on-site work.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory coordination, and achieving budget and KPI targets while maintaining operational uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• 2–5 years management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day process control and operational activities for dewatering, dredging, and cleaning projects.
• Manage one or more large projects ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000.
• Directly supervise employees and subcontractors on multiple scopes/ geographies.
