Job summary

WM is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for drivers and helpers. You will work closely with front-line staff, spending significant time in the field and ensuring tools, feedback, and clear onboarding support.

Key responsibilities include coaching conversations, safety emphasis, and adherence to WM procedures, with shifts starting at 5:15am or 8:00am. This role requires strong relationship skills and field presence.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree (accredited) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma and two years of relevant work experience are acceptable.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferred completion of WM Operations Manager Trainee program.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, develop, coach, mentor, and manage performance of all drivers and helpers.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with front-line employees.
• Spend majority of time in the field with front-line staff.
• Ensure new employees have tools, instruction, and feedback for daily duties.
• Conduct coaching conversations and lead by example on safety.
