Job summary

You will collaborate with customers and 3PL partners to ensure PECO standards are met and resolve issues between locations and internal teams. The role requires at least three years in Operations Management, strong analytics, and leadership to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in Operations Management.
• Analytical thinker capable of process improvement.
• Proven leadership and accountability driving third-party performance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across HR, sales, finance, service, ops, procurement, and transportation.
• Understanding end-to-end supply chain and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Field Operations across depots in assigned territory.
• Oversee inventory and quality control for depots.
• Partner with customers and 3PLs to meet service and quality specs.
• Coordinate monthly production objectives with service depots.
• Drive cost performance and continuous improvement in depot processes.
• Train and onboard depot staff on new processes and initiatives.
