Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Field Operations Manager to oversee field operations for hyperscale data center developments in North America. This senior role drives operational excellence, mentors project teams, and ensures consistent execution across large-scale projects.

The role involves working with construction leadership to guide field operations from preconstruction through completion, improving performance and safety while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' commercial construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Senior Project Superintendent.
• Proven leadership of multiple construction teams.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, constructability, cost and field operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to oversee geographically dispersed projects.

Lead the delivery of some of North America's most significant mission critical construction projects.

An established ENR-ranked general contractor is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee field operations across a growing portfolio of hyperscale data center developments.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, mentoring project teams, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple large-scale projects.

The Opportunity

Working closely with construction leadership, you'll oversee field operations from preconstruction through project completion while providing strategic guidance to Superintendents and project teams.

You'll play a key role in developing field leadership, improving operational performance and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
