Job summary

Rainbow Restoration in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is hiring Service Technicians for 24-hour emergency restoration and cleaning services. You will support field operations, drive company vehicles, coordinate with customers, and ensure timely delivery of services including water, mold, smoke, and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles with trailers.
• Read maps and directions accurately.
• Coordinate with customers about scope of work.
• Establish and maintain service schedules to meet deadlines.
• Perform water restoration, mold remediation, and smoke/fire repair.
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning; content cleaning.
• Lead remediation, board-up and tarp services.
• Support construction projects and site maintenance.
• Respond to jobs per IICRC standards and internal processes.
• Maintain assets and stock; assist with marketing of services.
