Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead restoration projects in the Milwaukee region. You will estimate, budget, schedule, and manage multiple tasks while coordinating with staff and clients to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive problem-solving attitude in a 24-hour emergency service environment. Experience with Xactware and restoration processes is valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality control and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal departments.
• Review paperwork and ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive safety and on-site operations per company policy.

Your duties include estimating, budgeting and management of different project aspects and advocating for additional funding when necessary. Hiring freelance professionals or selecting project team members from existing departments and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines. Over the course of a project, the you will need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule.Your efforts contribute to the day-to-day contract operations of Rainbow Restoration.
