Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the SR400 Express Lanes project in Georgia. Lead day-to-day management to meet contract requirements safely, cost-effectively, and with quality across field crews and subcontractors.

The role requires leadership in construction/maintenance, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work outside normal hours with on-call rotations on a transformative infrastructure program.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in construction or maintenance settings.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop working relationships across offices and time zones.
• High ethics, sound judgement, honest and transparent.
• Self-starter with motivation to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance crews and manage day-to-day project activities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance Manager on approach for assets.
• Inspect in-process and completed work for contract compliance.
• Prepare reports, timesheets, and contract documentation.
• Identify subcontractors and assist in contract negotiations.
