Qualifications

• 7 years’ work experience in construction and/or road maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day management of the Maintenance Business Unit.
• Perform condition assessments of infrastructure assets.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Manage and control highway project assets and materials.
• Facilitate new hire training and ongoing required training.
