Markit! Forestry Management, LLC invites an organized administrative professional to join our operations team in Auburn, CA. The role supports the shop, office, and project locations, with occasional travel within CA and NV.

Based in a shop environment, you will handle supply and parts ordering, vendor setup, HR onboarding, safety trainings, and basic database tasks. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; travel is 5–10% locally. Competitive wages: $25–$30 per hour.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal ability.
• Travel to project sites throughout CA and NV; valid driver’s license; reliable transportation.
• 2–5 years administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat software.
• Proficiency in office machinery and cellular devices.

Responsibilities

• Support field crews with supply ordering and delivery, parts ordering and delivery, and tool ordering.
• Assist mechanics with supply ordering, parts ordering, and uniform management.
• Support the Fleet Manager with vendor research, equipment scheduling, and vehicle/ equipment registration.
• Provide HR and Safety support including onboarding, trainings, and PPE issuance.
• Assist business development as needed and perform database support.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following Markit! Safety Policies and other duties as assigned.
