Job summary

QXO is North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation, roofing, lumber, and waterproofing products. We are seeking a Learning & Development professional to design and manage development programs in partnership with operations leaders and HR.

You will gather needs, translate them into priorities, coordinate cross-functional work, and track impact with data to improve readiness and performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or operations support.
• Experience supporting field operations, multi-site environments, or operations teams preferred.
• Proven ability to manage programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with regional leaders and HR partners.
• Gather and clarify learning needs and help prioritize requests.
• Provide practical recommendations to align development with business priorities.
• Conduct discovery meetings and focus groups to identify gaps.
• Translate business needs into development priorities for managers and frontline roles.
• Coordinate with ERP, acquisitions, and operational changes through training readiness.
• Track participation, feedback, adoption, and success metrics; report progress.
