Dry Force is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead mitigation crews in the Houston market. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards, while mentoring technicians and maintaining production goals.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership in restoration, strong communication, and a track record of improving field performance. This role offers growth, competitive pay, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or related field operations.
• Previous leadership experience managing technicians, crews, or field personnel.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial mitigation projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• IICRC WRT Certification required.
• ASD Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily mitigation operations and field production activities.
• Monitor active projects for quality, efficiency, and documentation.
• Ensure jobs meet company standards, IICRC guidelines, and customer expectations.
• Address delays, staffing concerns, or operational challenges proactively.
• Lead, coach, and develop technicians while maintaining profitability.
• Foster safety, training, and customer-service excellence across teams.
• Collaborate with dispatch, reconstruction, sales, and leadership for seamless execution.
