Job summary

Dry Force is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor in Houston to lead mitigation crews and manage daily field activities. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of restoration projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to scale operations during peak periods. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in water mitigation/restoration, IICRC WRT certification, and proven program oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or related field operations.
• Leadership experience managing technicians, crews, or field personnel.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial mitigation projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mitigation operations and field production activities.
• Monitor projects for quality, efficiency, and proper documentation.
• Ensure work meets company standards and IICRC guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop technicians with safety focus.
• Coordinate with dispatch, reconstruction, sales, and leadership teams.
