Job summary

McCorquodale Transfer is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead hands-on operations, train crews, and grow into a senior role. You will start in the field alongside crews, learning our equipment, procedures, and safety standards before moving into a leadership position.

Expect to travel up to 70% with overnight stays, supporting multiple markets. Promotions to a salaried Field Supervisor role with a bonus potential follow as milestones are met, with ongoing coaching and project leadership.]

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but we will consider an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• Hands-on/field experience preferred in moving, logistics, installation, or related fields.
• Willingness to start hands-on and physical, on trucks with crews.
• Experience designing or delivering training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Crew Leaders on team management and on-site decision making.
• Deliver hands-on training for new hires and ensure certification on equipment and safety protocols.
• Support training content development in the LMS based on field experience.
• Assist with project pre-planning, site surveys, crew scheduling, and execution to project completion.
• Travel to support new location launches and special projects as part of the Gold Key Team.
