Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership across multiple field teams and active projects.
• Maintain regular communication with field leadership on project status and staffing.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor execution.
• Assist with workforce planning and allocation based on schedules.
• Identify and resolve field-related challenges and customer concerns.
• Promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork across field operations.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedules and changes are communicated.
• Promote safety practices and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members.
• Document and report field observations and project updates.
