Barnhart is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations at the Wichita branch, drive safety, efficiency, and profitability, and lead field personnel under the Branch Manager.

You will coordinate schedules, equipment, and resources, partner with sales, ensure compliance with SOPs, DOT, and quality standards, and mentor a high-performance team in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of industrial experience in rigging or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch field operations and partner with Branch Manager.
• Lead, coach, and develop field personnel to build an engaged team.
• Coordinate job schedules, equipment, and field resources for smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales to support customer needs and project success.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, DOT requirements, safety initiatives, and audits.
