Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day field operations of the branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead and develop field personnel, coordinate job schedules, and ensure efficient execution with safe, regulatory-compliant practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, continuous improvement, and achieving monthly metrics, with a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of industrial experience in rigging or power generation preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with safety standards and SOPs.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with Branch Manager.
• Lead, coach, and develop field personnel.
• Coordinate job schedules, equipment, and field resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, profitability.
• Collaborate with sales team to support customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, SOPs, Qual Cards, safety audits, and equipment maintenance.
