Job summary

Warrior Precast, LLC is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead and coordinate field activities for precast projects across sites. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery while aligning with plant and project managers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership in construction or precast field work, 5+ years of field operations experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in construction, precast, field ops, installation, logistics, or related industry; supervisory exp required.
• Proven ability to lead field crews and coordinate multiple operational priorities.
• Strong knowledge of site operations, sequencing, equipment, materials, and safety.
• Ability to read drawings, measurements, specs, work orders, and project docs.
• Excellent communication, organization, scheduling, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel between plant, customer, and job-sites.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily field operations including installation and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate field crews, equipment, materials, vehicles, and resources for scheduled projects.
• Review upcoming projects to confirm site conditions, manpower, and timing.
• Communicate with customers, contractors, managers, and drivers to coordinate activities.
• Ensure safety, scope understanding, and quality standards on site.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and compliance with procedures.
• Address delays, scheduling conflicts, material concerns, and site conditions promptly.
• Coordinate site visits and resolve field issues with management.
• Ensure equipment and documentation are ready for deployment.
• Provide coaching and address performance issues with field staff.
• Align production and field schedules with Plant Production Manager.
• Document completed work and report project status and issues.
• Develop and maintain field procedures, checklists, and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
