Job summary

Warrior Precast LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee precast concrete projects from award through final installation, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.

This role coordinates sales handoff, engineering, production, logistics, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Warrior Precast's quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, precast concrete, manufacturing, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award through completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers, contractors, engineers, and internal departments.
• Coordinate project schedules, production, deliveries, field installation, and subcontractors.
• Support the sales team during project handoff and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, costs, and profitability; resolve issues.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, logistics, and field crews for execution.
• Track milestones, communicate progress, and maintain documentation.
• Support billing, closeout docs, and administrative project functions.
