• Ability to balance business goals with safety, quality, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and accountability of assigned field employees.
• Lead hiring discussions and support onboarding for field technicians and site leads.
• Develop coaching plans and performance improvement strategies.
• Coordinate staffing and deployment to meet project requirements.
• Manage workforce planning, succession, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with HR on disciplinary actions and policy compliance.
