Advanced Technology Services, Inc. (ATS) seeks a Director of Maintenance Field Operations to lead safety, maintenance programs, and site performance across multiple locations.

You will set strategic direction, ensure adherence to ATS operating systems, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on safety and reliability. Responsibilities

• Live and lead safety initiatives across sites with personal example and audits.
• Develop and own site maintenance plans and operating systems to meet ATS standards.
• Drive accountability, communicate priorities clearly, and coach leaders for growth.
• Monitor KPIs, customer dashboards, and financial results across portfolio.
