Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking a site-level leader to direct maintenance and materials services, drive safety culture, and optimize facility performance. You will manage frontline teams, develop employee capability, and align site activities with customer objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, change management, and financial acumen to deliver against site targets and ATS standards. A relocation capability and on-site availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or related field preferred; seven years in operations/maintenance is acceptable.
• Seven years of supervisory experience with focus on employee development.
• Strong change leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ATS maintenance and materials services team at the site level.
• Drive safety culture and oversee safety training, incidents, and observations.
• Develop and sustain positive employee experience and effective customer engagement.
• Manage site financial performance including revenue, expenses, and profit.
• Collaborate with business units to align cross-functional services and goals.
• Communicate performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
