Job summary

ATS, a global maintenance company, seeks a Site Maintenance Leader to manage safety, drive standardization, and lead the team toward continuous improvement on a large site in the United States. You will oversee safety, 5S, and performance metrics while mentoring staff and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and a deep understanding of maintenance operations, with opportunities to influence cost control and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft applications, CMMS and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Site Safety Program and ensures all policies are followed.
• Drives housekeeping standards, including 5S.
• Demonstrates leadership for employee safety and wellness through Beyond Zero initiatives.
• Develops and implements site-level and company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Communicates with the team to align actions with overall objectives.
• Mentors and coaches employees regarding career planning and training.
• Leads OS implementation, measures maintenance KPIs, and drives continuous improvement.
