Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor in Atlanta seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager with installing advertising copy, maintaining outdoor structures, and overseeing related buildings, shops, offices, and fleet equipment.

You will help manage production operations, coordinate schedules, work with sales and finance on pricing, monitor safety compliance, and supervise staff, while ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• Two (2) + years’ experience in the construction trade or related trades.
• One (1) + year of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in overseeing installation and maintenance of outdoor advertising structures.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance to set pricing for production services and bids.
• Monitor safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
• Coordinate production schedules and priorities based on client needs.
• Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance.
• Represent the company at hearings and inspections; manage field and warehousing activities as needed.
