Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager in Marietta, GA to assist in overseeing installations of advertising copy and the maintenance of outdoor structures, buildings, shops, offices, and fleet vehicles.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to set pricing for production services and provide bid estimates, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in overseeing installation of advertising copy and maintenance of outdoor structures.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance on pricing for production services and bids.
• Provide operational counsel focusing on productivity, cost, safety, and production capabilities.
• Monitor and report on OSHA, EPA, DOT, and safety regulations compliance.
• Coordinate production schedules based on client needs and allocate resources accordingly.
• Work with vendors to obtain quotes and procure materials and equipment as needed.
• Handle department administration including budgeting, staffing, and performance.
