• Ability to read and understand blueprints

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct field members and subcontractors installing and servicing fireplaces, inserts, stoves, and facings
• Ensure compliance with installation, ticketing process, and safety standards
• Provide coaching, training, and education to field staff
• Coordinate scheduling and routing for efficient field operations
