Job summary

Fireside Hearth and Home, a division of Hearth & Home Technologies, seeks a Field Supervisor in Madison, WI to lead in-home installation and service teams for fireplaces and related products. You will coordinate with inside operations, sales, builders, homeowners, and inspectors to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in building/remodeling, strong leadership, and knowledge of safety standards and building codes. Competitive salary and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in building/remodeling environment
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and building codes
• Ability to read and understand residential/commercial blueprints
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Supervise field members and subcontractors performing installation and service
• Ensure adherence to installation and ticketing processes; monitor certifications
• Provide coaching, training, and education to field teams
• Maintain up-to-date safety knowledge; ensure OSHA-compliant work
• Prepare job sites for fireplace installation per plan and specs
• Verify product selection matches builder plans and specs
• Complete post-views and previews for complex hearth installations
• Regularly review labor scheduling and routing for efficiency
• Maintain product certifications; stay current on fuel categories
• Collaborate with regional leadership on cost-saving initiatives
• Run reports, manage E-tickets, and update quotes with Branch leadership and Sales
