Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee service delivery, coach teams, support independent contractors, and uphold WOW experiences across our Central Kentucky client portfolio. This role requires hands‑on leadership of field service and maintenance teams, with emphasis on inspections, contractor transitions, and continuous improvement.

Travel throughout Central Kentucky is expected; second shift 6:00pm–3:00am, with a strong focus on quality and client

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for territory travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across accounts and ensure WOW experience.
• Lead Night Managers and development of operational teams.
• Inspect sites and coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Plan starts, staffing, contractor coverage, and scheduling.
• Monitor performance metrics and account coverage.
